Early Times Report Jammu, July 6: The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has sought implementation of minority commission in Jammu and Kashmir. According to press release, a meeting of minority department of JKPCC was held here today at PCC HQ Shaheedi Chowk Jammu in which various issues of minority communities of Jammu and Kashmir were discussed threadbare. Gurdarshan Singh, Vice Chairman of Minority Department of PCC presided over the meeting. The meeting through a resolution unanimously demanded implementation of Minority Commission in J&K State, so that the benefit of various Central Govt. and State Govt. Schemes should reach to the people belonging to minority community. The meeting condemned the brutal killing of minority in Afghanistan. The meeting also condemned the stabbing of Sikh woman in Tral, Kashmir. Prominent among those who spoke in the meeting included S/Shri S. Gurdarshan Singh, S. Kirtan Singh, S. Dalbir, S. Hardeep Singh, Mian Nizar Ahmed, Michel Wizar, S. Rangil Singh, S. Ravinder Singh Rinku, S. Amandeep Singh, S. Bikrajeet Singh, S. Parveen Singh and S. Gajan Singh. |
