Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 27: Sewa Singh Bali, State General Secretary Panthers Trade Union (PTU), J&K requested to the Governor of J&K, Satya Pal Malik to pay compensation for the people of Halogan village, that comes under National Highway four lane Road. Addressing a press conference, he requested the Governor that all the houses in the said village are damaged and land under this road due to negligenceNational Highway Authority of India. He appealed the Governor to allot the residential plots to people of this village and also provide the compensation. Bali said that a PHC Centre at Ukhral and there is no any Gyn. doctor due to this pregnant ladies are suffering badly, he said that there is urgent need to appoint the Gyn. doctor in the said PHC Centre. |
