Jammu, June 3: All senior members Jammu Kashmir Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association (Ministerial Federation) has invited the attentions of Chief Secretary to Governor, Jammu and Kashmir to his first meeting with Administrative Secretaries after opening Darbar and other move offices in Jammu well before six months, wherein Chief Secretary said "I am stunned to learn that in one of the line Departments no DPCs has been conducted for the past more than 40 years" and added that such a slipshod approach towards the employees is not only appalling, but Criminal.
On this occasions the speakers viz. Ali Mohd Mir Presedent, Mir Muzaffar Vice Presedent, Nazir Ahmed Bhut Senior Leader, Jeelani Naik General Secretary, Provincial President S. Gurmeet Singh, Jagdish, Vice President Umar Jan, Sr Vice President Ashish Sharma, Jagdish Thakur G.Secretary, Advisor Mir Basharat, Vishwa Bandhu, Mushtaq Ahmed, Organisor Mir Sheraz, and others showed great resentments towards the non-serious approach of the adopted by the Government Functionaries not only at the level of the Administrative Secretaries but also showed great anger upon the Divisional Level Officers who played with the future of thousands of employees of the state. |
