| More than seven decades after we attained the freedom from the clutches of the British slavery, the Kashmir centric leaders went on exploiting the sentiments of the poor people of state for their vested interests only resulting which the people of this economically backward state could not make much progress in this fast changing World. Lakhs of Crores of money and the financial aids were provided to the past Rulers of the state for the upliftment of the weaker sections of the society and the down trodden living in this sensitive state. Instead of making the concerted efforts for the betterment of the poor masses of the state, the Kashmir centric leaders who remained in power in the state from time to time remained extremely busy in exploiting the people of the state against the Union Government thereby keeping their eyes on Pakistan. With the hectic and the concerted efforts of the paramilitary forces and the J&K Police as well under the Governor's Administration headed by the competent Governor Satya Pal Malik, Amarnath yatra is going on these days smoothly without any occurrence of any militant attack over the pilgrims coming from the length and the breadth of the country and from the state as well. This yatra has broken the record of the previous year and yet 16 days are left for its completion on August 15. The pilgrims are feeling very happy to observe the arrangements made by the State Government under the guidance of Satya Pal Malik.
None of the Kashmir centric leaders except Dr. Farooq Abdullah has dared to meet with the yatries coming from the length and the breadth of the country and from the state as well to the "Holy Cave of Lord Shiva". It is only Dr. Abdullah who has visited the various camps made for the pilgrims and had the interactions with the yatries. Dr. Farooq has praised the actions of the State Government for the measures undertaken by the government in place for the ultimate convenience of the pilgrims performing the pious yatra. Dr. Farooq Abdullah has stated that we are duty bound to carry the messages of the pious "Saints and the Soofis" ahead in maintaining the brotherhood and their preaching's for strengthening the bonds of unity among the people belonging to the different faiths of religions living in this great country.
At the same time, a tough of war is going on between his son and the ex Chief Minister of the state Omar Abdullah and the Governor Satya Pal Malik these days over the various tweets made by Omar Abdullah. Many a times in the past, the Governor Satya Pal Malik has given the rebuff to Omar Abdullah but yet he has not mended himself and is going on doing so instead of going into the poor masses of the state. It is his bad habit of tweeting almost everyday without fail as he doesn't have ant other work to do. It would be better for him to concentrate on the working of his party and getting the genuine problems and the angers solved from the Governor's Administration at the earliest possible. While sitting and enjoying the life comfortably in a big bungalow built by his grand father Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah at Gupkar road in Srinagar, Omar Abdullah is making the tweets every day just to satisfy his inner mind that he is doing something for the people of the state but in fact it is not so. He is just killing the precious time for nothing. Actually, he was the Ruler of the state who made the safe ground for the PDP to come into power in the state with help of the saffron party BJP as he was governing the state haphazardly and half heartedly. It was he who allowed the Separatists and Hurriayat Amalgamation to flourish further in poisoning the peaceful atmosphere of the state to the large extent. He kept the field open to vitiate the peace in the valley particular.
It is pertinent to mention here that while giving him the tough rebuff over the one of the tweets made by him, the Governor of the state Satya Pal Malik stated that he enjoys the very good reputation all over the country in general and in New Delhi particularly. He owns a very small house comprising of two small rooms only as he is not having swindled money whereas on the contrary Omar Abdullah is enjoying his life luxuriously in a big house raised on the corrupted money by them. Apart from this they are owning the other flats and bungalows in Bhatindi Jammu and in New Delhi also. They are least bothered about the welfare of the subjects of the state. He alleged. At the same time, he further stated that his administration is seriously working on to put two or three past corrupt ministers belonging to the NC and PDP in jails having filed the FIRs against them within two months. When they will be in the jails, the poor people of the state would be clapping on their arrests. As have witnessed in the past, all the Kashmir centric leaders are self centered and they are only interested in amazing the wealth by hook or crook while remaining in power instead of the well being of the people of the state. For their vested interests, they go on raising the bogey of the Articles 35A and 370 and exploiting the people of the state against the Union Government for their vested interests. They are all one and spit the venom against the Indian Rulers always. These days, they are going to form a united forum to fight against the Union Government. Since they have lost the confidence of the people of the state and are preparing themselves for the coming Assembly elections in the state.
PDP is a sinking ship and is almost on the verge of the total collapse indeed. Its Supremo Mehbooba Mufti is still crying for the initiation of the DIALOGUE with Pakistan over the issue of Kashmir by the Union Government soon instead of keeping her party intact as many top leaders of the party have already said GOODBYE to her and some of them are leaving the party soon. Its former Minister are in the grifth of the CB of the J&K police and are undergoing many questioning over their misdeeds and misgovernance of the departments working them under them when they were in power in the state.
For providing the effective and transparent governance to the people of the state of Jammu and Kashmir, the Governor Satya Pal Malik is at WAR against the Corruption and Terrorism in the state. Many a pro people steps one by one are being initiated by the the Governor's administration led by the competent Governor Satya Pal Malik in the state and in view of the same let the Governor Satya Pal Malik should go on ruling the state for another two years or more to put the state back on the rails once again. There are conclusive evidences that his administration is quickly managing the affairs of the state with a dedicated team of the officers of the State administration under the expert guidance of the four Advisors and the Chief Secretary as well. Whatever is being done by the Governor's administration for the welfare of the people of the state is coming into the print and electronic media regularly by way of the broad adds of the State Government in the news papers as also being noticed at the ground levels. The Governor's administration is considered as the Panacea for all the diseases and the ills facing the state and as such Malik Sahib should remain on the Creez in the field for at least two years or more. He should remain in batting continuously in the very interests of the state and its people. From seeing all this, one can reach at this conclusion that the Governor Satya Pal Malik seems to be determined fully to bring a sea change in the governmental set up in the state. The state of Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed many ups and downs in the past as it was being mismanaged by the dynastic Rules of the Abdullahs and Muftis since 1975 after the Indira-Sheikh Abdullah Accord. The Competent Governor Satya Pal Malik is fully determined to wipe out the corruption and the militancy in the state. The removal of the former Chairman of the Bank Parvez Ahmed made last month and the cancellations of the illegal appointments made in the J&K KVIB goes to the credit of the Governor's administration as it looks really it believes in the total transparency in his government actions. Everybody in the state had welcomed the Governor's action in his removal but the PDP Chief and the former Chief Minister of the state Mehbooba Mufti had criticized the Governor Staya Pal Malik for removing the Chairman of the Bank Parvez Ahmed from this prestigious post. Now a days, the stunning revelations are being made by the Governor's administration almost every day about the mischievous role which was being played by the former Chairman of the Bank Parvez Ahmed in the matter of the mass scale recruitments in the Bank based on the favoritism, nepotism and corruption. FIRs stand already filed against the former Chairman of the Bank Parvez Ahmed along with his brother by the ACB the Police Stations in Srinagar so that they may not go scot free and it has also been learnt that the enquiries and the related investigations are already on against him and the other blue eyed officials of the Bank (culprits) speedily. After having raided the H.Qr. of the J&K Bank, ACB had seized many a important documents pertaining to the mass scale recruitments and about advancing of money to the order of thousands of crores of rupees from the Bank. The Governor's administration is opening the cards one by one in which the former CEO of the Bank Parvez Ahmed is involved. Also it is pertinent to mention that the former CEO of the Bank Parvez Ahmed had diverted Rupees 50 crores for the Golf course in the state which is certainly a wasteful expenditure out of the exchequer of the Bank to appease the higher strata of the people. It is very much significant that the Malik's administration has cancelled the 101 illegal appointments made by the lieutenants of Mehbooba Mufti in the J&K KVIB (during which the BJP was the partner in her government) thereby ignoring the merits of the desirous candidates to the large extent. In these appointments Mehbooba's lieutenants had absorbed their kith and kins in the J&K KVIB at the very costs of the meritorious and the deserving candidates for the requisite posts in the KVIB. The people of the state have welcomed the decision of the Governor's administration on this score. The fear of terror is prevailing in the minds of the self centered Kashmir centric leaders in seeing Amit Shah as the Union Home Minister who is on record that the Central Government would repeal the Articles 35 A and 370 from the Indian Constitution in the days to come and the nefarious activities of the Separatists and the Hurriayat Amalgamation shall be curbed fully so that always prevail the peace in the valley by all means. Under the prevailing circumstances, the self centered Kashmir centric leaders will be compelled to either mend themselves according to the wishes of all the countrymen or will leave the politics in the state for ever.
The continuance of the Governor Satya Pal Malik in this sensitive state is must as the people of the state feel that there is a Rule of Law in the state during the Governor's Rule at the moment at least instead of the Jungle Law which the people had witnessed during the Rules of Abdullahs and Muftis. |
