| Gone were the days when the Kashmir Centric Leaders and the Separatists/Leaders of the Hurriayat Amalgamation were having the open field for their operation in the valley under the garb of the Articles 370 and 35A of the Indian Constitution. They were attaining their political ambitions like anything at the very cost of the poor masses of the valley. Over the decades, they ruled the state of Jammu and Kashmir with their narrow minded ness. They remained extremely busy in exploiting the sentiments of the Kashmiri people against the Union of India for their vested interests. By looting the huge money out of the exchequer of the State Government and misusing their political power, they amazed the wealth of the state for their at least 4 generations to come yet. By the act of the Indian Parliament on August 5 in scrapping of the Articles 370 and 35 A from the Indian Constitution resulting which they have been reduced to big ZERO. Under the circumstances, now two options are open to them. EITHER to change their mindsets drastically and acclimatize with the present situation when our state stands bifurcated into two UTs - J&K UT and Ladhakh UT OR they should leave the active politics once for all and face the legal actions for their actions and misdeeds.
From October 31 and onwards there will be no more J&K state at all rather it shall start working as the Union Territory under the command and control of the Lieutenant Governor. It is not yet clear that the present Governor Satya Pal Malik would be there or not as it is the prerogative of the Union Government to keep him there on the post.
By the Reorganization of the state of Jammu and Kashmir into two 2 UTs by the act of the Indian Parliament, the long pending demand of people of far flung Ladhakh stands fulfilled by the Union Government. In fact, the people of far flung Ladhakh had struggled a lot for many a decades in the past and ultimately they achieved the same by the act of the Indian Parliament on August 5 resulting which they are feeling jubilant at the moment.
It will not be out of place to mention here that the Kashmir Centric leadership never believed in the philosophy of Mahatama Gandhi Ji who fought against the Britishers during the freedom struggle in bringing India out of their clutches thereby adopting the methodology of Jai Bharo Andolan as the main tool pressuring the United Kingdom to leave India once for all and ultimately the Mahatama succeeded in getting the freedom on August 15, 1947. But on the contrary, the Kashmir Centric Leaders and the Separatists/Leaders of the Hurriayat Amalgamation went on exploiting the people of the valley for AZADI thereby keeping an eye on Pakistan always. They remained extremely busy in putting the very Integrity and the Sovereignty of the nation. Now after the abrogation of the Articles 370 and 35 A from the Indian Constitution, if they feel that the Union Government is not making the justice to them, better course for them to start the Andolan in the valley based upon the principles of the Gandhian philosophy and they could have offered the massive arrests in support of their demands but they failed like any thing on this score. They played the politics of issuing the statements and the tweets on the mobiles in the past to stay in the limelight so that the people of the valley feel that they are there in their support always. The opposition political parties in the country are making much noise against the house arrests of the Kashmir Centric Leaders and the Separatists/Leaders of the Hurriayat Amalgamation and are holding the protests and the dharnas in New Delhi. This is the politics in the right direction. The Separatists/Leaders of the Hurriayat Amalgamation have been tightened much by the NIA and the ED after having filed the FIRs in the various police stations in the valley, they were arrested having enquired them in the money laundering cases and for receiving the foreign money for spreading the terrorism in the state. These days, the Separatists/Leaders of the Hurriayat Amalgamation are passing their sleepless nights. See the height that they have not involved their wards into the ongoing militancy in the state but on the contrary, they sent them abroad for doing the locurious jobs and the higher studies. And instead they always liberally exploited the poor youth of the state towards the terrorism by all the means. Many of them have already lost their precious lives which could have used for the overall development of the state and for the well being of the people of the state. The Separatists/Leaders of the Hurriayat Amalgamation and the Kashmir Centric leaders should be ashamed of for the same.
On Saturday one dozen leaders of the twelve opposition political parties in the country had gone to the valley in shape of a delegation to have the on the spot situation of the law and order situation in the valley after the abrogation of the Articles 370 and 35 A from the Indian Constitution. The delegation was comprising of the leaders of the INC, CPI, CPI (M), RJD etc. including Rahul Gandhi and they were made to halt at the Srinagar Airport itself as the District Magistrate, Budgam served the order on the Srinagar Airport where under they were restricted to visit Srinagar as there were the apprehensions that that their entry to the Srinagar city will pose the law and order problems for the District administration. The visiting delegation termed the order of the District Magistrate, Budgam as the curbs on their fundamental right to visit the valley and the leaders of the delegation condemned the same as the same is the violation of the freedoms guaranteed under the Indian Constitution. They alleged that there is something wrong and according to them the law and order situation in the valley is alarming as against the claim of the Governor's administration the normalcy in the valley stands restored. In the evening the delegation of the one dozen leaders of the twelve opposition political parties in the country returned to New Delhi as blank. They also alleged that they are there at the Srinagar Airport on the invitation of the Governor of the state Satya Pal Malik to have the visit to the Srinagar city for showing their solidarity to the people of the valley but all in vain.
Abdullahs and Muftis had ruined the state of Jammu and Kashmir in the past thereby amazing the huge wealth of the state based upon which they built their assets and the properties in and outside the state leaving the people of the state at the mercy of the GOD only.
Rather, they made the subjects of this sensitive state as the beggars and the people of the rest of the country as a whole have the pitty on the poor masses of the valley as they are passing their precious lives miserably in these hard days of the high inflation. The Union Government wanted to come at their rescue as it were they (Kashmir Centric Leaders and the Separatists/Leaders of the Hurriayat Amalgamation) who always thought for themselves only at their cost.
With the abrogation of the Articles 370 and 35 A from the Indian Constitution, now the people of the state would get the wide field for their operations in earning their livelihood like the other countrymen without any curbs or the restrictions. For providing the entire money in running the affairs of the J&K UT and Ladhakh UT, it shall be the duty of the union Government.
It is also important to mention here that the Abdullahs and Muftis had treated the J&K Bank as their personal property in providing them with the liberal funding at the very costs of the depositors and the investors. They swindled the crores of rupees in settling their NPAs cases as the one time settlement thereby putting the J&K Bank in an awkward financial situation. Major beneficiaries under the one time settlement scheme of the Bank were the kith and the kins and the various leaders of the of the political parties of Abdullahs and Muftis. Not only this, the J&K Bank has absorbed the kith and the kins and the various leaders of the of the Abdullahs and Muftis in its various services at the cost of other eligible candidates belonging to the poor families of the state.
It is highly appreciable that the Governor Satya Pal Malik took the serious notice in the working in this bank had ordered the enquiries into all the malfunctioning in the said bank and the delinquents were taken to task. The removal of the former Chairman of the Bank Parvez Ahmed by the Governor Satya Pal Malik from the prestigious post was welcomed by the people of the state minus the former Chief Minister of the state Mehbooba Mufti. |
