Advocate Abhishek Khajuria elected as President of YLAK

Kathua, Jan 22: Advocate Abhishek Khajuria was elected unopposed as new President of Young Lawyers Association Kathua( YLAK ) . The Chief Returning Officer and the Convener of the Election Committee Advocate Prem Chand Sharma beside other returning officers and members of election committee declared him as President of Young Lawyers Association Kathua at 4:55 PM, as today on the last date notified for the election of President of YLA, as no other nomination was received till 4:30 PM except the nomination of Abhishek Kahjuria who already filed his nomination on 20th January, 2020. The Chief Returning Officer Prem Chand Sharma, Advocate also issued the election certificate in favour of elected President of YLA Abhishek Khajuria countersigned by other members of election committee which includes Adv. Rahul Sharma, Adv. Anil Kalotra, Adv. Munish Mahajan, Adv. Adarsh Kumar and Adv. Sumreshwar Singh outgoing President of YLA.
On this occasion while addressing media person expressed gratitude of all the members of YLA, Election Committee beside the parent body District Bar Association Kathua who provide all the logistic support for the smooth, free & fair conduct of elections of YLA. He also promised to work to solve the all the problems being facing by the young advocates with the cooperation of District Bar Association Kathua.
The President of District Bar Association Kathua Advocate Ajat Shatru Sharma also congratulated the newly elected President and assured him all cooperation & support in times to come for the welfare of young advocates and other senior bar members.
Others who present on the occasion includes Adv. Devinder Singh Vice President of District Bar Association Kathua, Adv. Kamaljeet Singh General Secretary, Adv. Shrikant Sagar Raina Press Secretary, Adv. Anil Singh Andotra Spokesperson, Adv. Pawandeep Singh and V.S. Billowria Joint Secretaries, Adv. Rajesh Kumar Treasurer, Adv.
