JAMMU, May 24: ‘THE – SARA’ a Non-Profit Organization under its ‘Covid-19 Relief Mission 2020’ initiative on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr distributed ration kits among family of Migrant labourers in Bashir Gujjar Basti Jammu. Under the initiative, team ‘THE – SARA’ led by its Director Dr Raminder Jit Singh today distributed ration kits among needy families of migrant labourers in Bashir Gujjar Basti Jammu. Initiative benefited more than 30 persons from 9 families who had approached THE – SARA to support them in the shape of essential food items on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. Ration kit comprised of wheat flour, rice, pulses, cooking oil, salt, sugar, chilli powder and turmeric powder. It is pertinent to mention ‘THE – SARA’ under ‘Covid-19 Relief Mission 2020’ has supported more than 5000 persons in Jammu district since the imposition of Covid lockdown across the country. |
