Dr Singla felicitates 20 fresh entrepreneurs in Udhampur

UDHAMPUR, Oct, 27: A felicitation ceremony related to handing over sanction letters to the 10000 borrower by Lieutenant Governor of UT of J&K, was organized at DC Office, Udhampur in collaboration with J&K Bank. During the ceremony, sanction letters were handed over to the borrowers/beneficiaries who have been identified during the B2V3 program.
The main objective of the B2V3 programme was to sensitize the rural population about various central and state government schemes/programmes according to their needs and subsequently to provide them tailor-made schemes for making their life better in terms of improved amenities and economic upliftment. Meanwhile, the sanctioned letters under Govt. Sponsored scheme like PMEGP, JKREGP, Street vendors have been handed over to the fresh entrepreneurs by Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur Dr. Piyush Singla in presence of Rajeev Bhushan Sharma, CPO Udhampur, Sushil Gupta, Zonal Head Udhampur, Er. Sajad Bashir Somberia , DIO Udhampur, Ramesh Raina , LDM Udhampur , Rajesh Gupta , Cluster Head Udhampur and other govt. officials and prominent citizens of Udhampur. On the occasion, Dr. Singla felicitated 20 fresh entrepreneurs who have been sanctioned loans by different J&K bank branches including Cama Housing Colony, Rehmbal, Udhampur, Shakti Nagar Udhampur. He gave away sanction letters to beneficiaries namely Hem Raj, Shiv Kumar, Rattan Chand, Kaka Ram, Romesh Chander under PM street Vendor scheme, Vishali Devi, Rita Devi, Maqbool Ahmed, Jug Mohan Lal Sharma under PMEGP scheme, Shiv Dev Singh under JKREGP, Sunil Kumar for SCBC scheme, M/s Sai Traders under SKEWPY scheme and others.
