ABVP submits memorandum to Controller examination

JAMMU, Aug 24: A delegation of Akhil Bhartiya Vidhyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Jammu Kashmir led by State Secretary Mukesh Manhas met with Controller of examination University of Jammu and submitted memorandum regarding 6th semester exam in Under graduation should be held immediately.
In the memorandum ABVP asked that admission process for the aspirants of post graduation students have begun in many universities across the country and many aspirants who are studying from affiliated colleges of Jammu University want to fill the forms for admission but due to some mismanagement of the examination wing of Jammu University and colleges also , exam of 6th semester in Under graduation has been delayed.
ABVP demanded that the exam of 6th semester in Under graduation should be held immediately and also the result declaration should be in time, so that the aspirants get admission in post graduation.
Another issue is that result of first semester (CBCS) and non -CBCS in Under graduation University of Jammu is not yet declared by the University. University should focus on the same and soon the result should be declared.
Controller of Examination University of Jammu assured that all the demands will full fill within stipulated time and the exam will held with immediate effect.
ABVP Jammu Kashmir State Secretary Mukesh Manhas said that it is the need of the hour that exam of 6th semester in Under graduation should be held immediately and also the result declaration should be in time, so that the aspirants get admission in post graduation.
He further said that University should focus on taking the exam as soon as possible. Others who were present in the delegation are Ramnik Sharma State Joint,Nandita Sharma State Joint Secretary, Ravail Parihar SHODH incharge Jammu Kashmir, Chahat Anand Jammu Mahanagar Secretary and Hariom Sharma Jammu Mahanagar College working incharge.
