Remote Dachhan area gets mobile connectivity

KISHTWAR, Aug 24: Much to the delight of the people of remote Dachhan area of Kishtwar District having population of around 15000 today get mobile connectivity for the first time after Chairperson District Development Council Kishtwar Puja Thakur dedicated the newly installed Airtel mobile tower to public.
As per the details available with Early Times, the people of Dachhan finally get the mobile connectivity. Thanks to the holistic and pragmatic approach of the daughter of the soil worthy Chairperson District Development Council Kishtwar, the realisation of dream come true has brought immense satisfaction among the people of the area.
On winning the DDC election from Dachhan this was the first promise made by the DDC Chairperson to the people of Dachhan and today that promise was fulfilled by her by way of inaugurating the Airtel Towers at Dachhan. This has installed a lot of confidence among the people of the area who had ushered their faith in her able leadership.
"Today marks the beginning of a new era of progress and development for the people of Dachhan. People from all walks of life thanked Chairperson for her pristine efforts. With her penchant attitude of reacting to the fundamental requirements of the masses, she meddled to clear all the hiccupps in the installation of Airtel telecommunication towers at Dachhan" said the locals added that although the clouds of opacity tried to blurr her visionary thoughts and determination attitude, but her realiastic and devout approach thawarted every obstacles.
Speaking to Early Times, Puja Thakur thanked to Dr Jatinder Singh MOS PMO, Devender Singh Rana( Provincial President NC), Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo( Ex Home Minister J&K), District administration Kishtwar, Bharti Airtel and Indus company for their dedicated approach towards digitally connecting Dachhan to the rest of the world and special thanks to DDC Nagseni Faisal Hussain for his auspicious presence on the historic occasion.
She said that more towers are being installed in the area beside in Marwah and Warwan added that communication is the key in 21st century and further said that this can help in transfer of information very quickly.
"Due to lack of communication-- it was after 24 hours we mange to get information on Honzar cloudburst incident- only due to lack of communication" she said.
She said that absenteeism culture is the major issue and start of communication lines in the area will help to trace out the whereabouts of officials on ground.
Prominent personalities who were present in the inauguration are Haji Abdul Rashid ex Sarpanch, Ghulam Mohammad Khanday, Babu Lal Sarpanch, Raju Thakur, Ashwani Parihar and Mohd Ashraf.
