VOJ presented challan against accused father, son

Jammu, Oct-23-2k12 (JNF):- Vigilance Organization Jammu presented challan against Mohd Yousaf r/o Danna Fathepur Tehsil & District Rajouri and Mohd Showket son of Mohd Yousaf in illegal appointment.
According to the Vigilance Case that a complaint was received by the VOJ that Showket was appointed as a class IV employee in the Education Department by the officials of Chief Education Office (CEO), Rajouri, in the year 2005. During the investigation the VOJ found that in the month of September and October, 2005 Mohammad Yousuf the then Head Assistant entered into criminal conspiracy with Mohammad Sharief the then Deputy CEO and other officials of CEO office to manage the appointment of his son Showket through dubious means in the Education Department. Verification has revealed that the government had issued an order containing a list of employees working on consolidated salaries in the school Education Department, Jammu, for their regularization. However, Mohammad Yousuf, exerted his influence and fraudulently and dishonestly managed the entry of his son in government service. It was found that the name of Showket was inserted in the annexure with the sole objective to get him illegally appointed. The verification also revealed that Mohammad Sharief then deputy CEO took undue advantage of the absence of CEO from his office and under a plan had consipiracy issued an illegal order appointing Showket and later adjusted him in Higher Secondary School Dehriralyoti on the available post. The order inter-alia stated that the beneficiary appointee was working in High School Narla from February 2004 to July 2004 and was being paid Rs 1200 per month for the said period which on verification was found to be false and incorrect. After completion of investigation presented challan against father and son U/S 5(1) r/w section 5(2) J&K Pc Act Svt 2006 and section 161 RPC.
