Gujjars hold protest against Edu Deptt 1/28/2013 10:54:19 PM KATHUA, Jan 28: Gujjar community held a massive protest under the banner of Jammu Kashmir Lok Tantar Party (LTP) against the district education department of Kathua for being failed to serve the interest of the Gujjar residing in the village Kanyari, at Kathua here today. Protestors including residents from Gujjar Basti of village Kanyari alleged that government school provided for the Ward -2 of the said village still is an illusion to them but is existing in records at Ward -1. The protesters also said the Gujjar community donated land for the said school established in 1988 but educated members of Gujjar community were negated in ReT appointments.
