JAMMU, Jan 30: The Assembly Secretariat has issued the provisional calendar for the forthcoming budget session commencing from February 28, 2013 in the winter capital.
According to the calendar, there will be total 26 business days. The session will begin with the Governor's Address on February 28 and followed by discussion on Motion of Thanks on the Address on 1, 2 and 4 March. The Government Business will be taken on March 5, 25 and April 2. The Annual Financial Statements of Expenditure for the year 2013-14 will be presented on March 6. The discussion on the budget will be held on March 7,8 and 9. The Demands for Grants will be taken on March 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20 and 22, 2013 The Private Members' Resolutions will be taken on March 26, and 30 while the Private Members Bills will be considered on March 28 and April 1st . Similarly the Appropriation Bills will be taken on March 23.
