Jammu, 30 Jan: The Department of Physics, University of Jammu in collaboration with the Society for Semiconductor Devices (SSD) New Delhi organised a one day course work on Semiconductors: Materials, Characterization and Applications . Prof. Mohan.Paul.Singh Ishar, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu inaugurated the Tutorial. Prof Ishar congratulated the Department for taking an initiative where participants especially research students will be taught about the characterization of the semiconductor materialsAmong others Prof Versha Mehta, Director,TBS,Sh Jaikumar Sharma, Special Secretary to VC, Sh Anik Gupta, Faculty members, Scholars and Students were also present on the occasion.
