Jammu, Mar 18: A meeting of District Congress Committee Jammu (Urban) was held here Monday wherein detailed deliberations were conducted in the light of rotation of wards of JMC.In the meeting presided over by former MLA Om Chopra, block presidents were asked to prepare fresh ward wise panel of each ward as per new reservations roster. Chopra emphasized that all the workers should gear up to face the ensuing JMC elections. All the office bearers were asked to reach out to people at the grass root level to make the people familiar about the policies and programmes of Congress.
Prominent among others present included Kirtan Singh, Mansa Ram, V K Sethi, P S Chouhan, S Gurdarshan Singh, Ram Malhotra, R K Bajaj, Sukh Dev Choudhary, S S Shingari, Parshotam Mehra, Camres David, Didar Singh and Sunil Kumar. |
