| One killed, five injured in different road mishaps | | | Et Plus Report
Udhampur, Mar 18: One killed, five injured in three different road mishaps in Udhampur district today, police reports said. One person died and another was injured when a truck (PB06-2277) in which they were traveled roll down into deep gorge at Near Darsoo nallah. According to the reports truck on its way from Manwal to Udhampur met with accident. Locals shifted the injured persons to District Hospital (DH) Udhampur where doctors declared one of the injured person brought died. The deceased has been identified as Rashpal Chand J&K Police Havaldar presently posted at District Police Line Udhampur S/O Devi Chand of Basht Chenani . After postpartum the body of the deceased was handover to their family members while the injured Madan lal (Driver) S/O Babu Ram R/O Basht Chenani is undergoing medical treatment at DH Udhampur . Police registered the case and investigation goes on . Yet in another Mishap three persons sustained injuries when a Santro Car collides with Tavera Car at Pull Madha. The injured have been identified as Mohd. Yaqoob S/O Akbar Ali R/o Chanderkot, Nazir s/o Aziz Jaoo R/o Ramban and Farooq Ahamed Wani S/o Abib ullah R/o Banihal . police registred the case and started investigation . Meanwhile in another mishap, one person was injured when a Truck (PB07R-0473) rolled down into the gorge at Dudher nallah. The injured identified as Balbir singh S/O Karpal Singh R/o Baba Gali Kothiya Punjab is undergoing treatment at Sub District Hospital (SDH) Chenani. Police registered the case and has started investigations in this regard. |
