JAMMU: Minister for Finance and Ladakh Affairs, Mr. Abdul Rahim Rather on behalf of Chief Minister moved a Bill to amend the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Act, 2010 (L.A Bill No. of 2013). Mr. Harshdev Singh took part in the discussion and the Bill was passed by voice vote.
The Minister also moved a Bill to amend the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (L.A Bill No. 2 of 2013). Mr. Harshdev Singh also took part in the discussion and the Bill was passed by voice vote.
