RAJOURI, May 25 : District Development Commissioner Rajouri, F. C. Bhagat, today convened a public grievances redressal camp at Kotranka and Targain of Tehsil Budhal to take stock of the problems of the people.
The people of the area put forth their demands regarding opening of a Primary Health Centre, improving road connectivity, reviving the defunct dug well, installation of Hand pump at Mohalla Loharan Targain and improvement of the irrigation facilities in these areas. They also demanded solar lights for rural households.
The DDC assured the people that all their genuine demands will be taken up in a time bound manner.
He directed the concerned officers to insure proper implementation of schemes and monitor the ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
Assistant Commissioner (Rev), Assistant Commissioner Development, Chief Planning Officer, Executive Engineers of PHE, PDD, PMGSY, REW, Tehsildar Koteranka and other district officers, besides panchayat representatives were also present on the occasion. |
