KATHUA, June 10 : DDC Kathua, Jitendra K. Singh, on Monday reviewed arrangements being put in place for smooth conduct of Shri Amaranth Ji yatra at an officers meeting. Senior officers from concerned departments attended the meeting. During the meeting, detailed discussion was held on sanitation, uninterrupted power and water supply, cleanliness, accommodation, functioning of committees constituted for keeping a check on price and quality of eatables, traffic management, security, medical facilities etc.
The DDC directed the committees framed for looking into these issues to keep their activities at maximum to ensure fool proof arrangements for smooth conduct of yatra. SSP Kathua Mohan Lal, DC Excise Mushtaq Ahmad, RTO Ajay Sharma and CPO Manoj Kapoor were present in the meeting. |
