| Chaotic scene witnessed in JU | | Vehicles get stuck in jam inside campus | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 20 : It was an unusual scene in Jammu university around 5 pm when a number of vehicles were seen in a long queue inside the campus. According to eyewitnesses it is a daily routine in university when people park their vehicles wrongly that creates problems for others. A senior official said due to the lethargic approach of the people who are responsible for the traffic management and regulations including parking such kind of incidents do occur in university campus. He further said the during the tenure of Professor Amitabh Mattoo many events both national and international level were held but never was such scene witnessed. Another scholar said that first I was amazed to see such a traffic jam inside the campus. Such jams are witnessed in Bikram Chowk.It is the responsibility of the security staff to ensure smooth flow of traffic inside campus and added further if they are incapable let them call traffic police personal.A girl student who got stuck in jam said some people enter the campus from exit side which creates hurdles. She further added those who want to go to examination hall or post office take the wrong route. |
