Udhampur, Mar 20: Eight persons were injured in a separate road accidents reported from within Udhampur district in last 24 hrs, police said. According to the sources a Tavera car (MP04BA-6940) had a head on collision with a Tralla (HR55R-3084) at Near Dudhar Nallha,Udhampur resulting into injuries to five persons identified namely Pravath (22) s/o Kemlesh ji Rethori, Dishamt (23) s/o Bhagonal Jomi, Dharminder Mahesh (24) s/o Jeet Mal Mehesh, Rinku Tomrika (22) s/o Shoku Tomrika, all resident of Ashtha MP, and Suntash Kumar (44) s/o Hans Raj of Sunel Jeb Udhampur Distt Udhampur. Police have registered a case in this regard and started investigation.
In another road accident an unknown car hit a Motorcycle (JK14-2159) at near Mand last late night National Highway Udhampur injuring three persons namely Shrif s/o Noor Mohd of Sandrani, Akheel s/o Mohd Ansari of Chanas and Bittu s/o Tirath Singh (all resident of Chanas Tikri Udhampur) who after initial first aid at Distt Hospital Udhampur were doctors referred the all the injured persons to GMC &Hospital (GMC&H) Jammu. Police have registered the case and started investigation. |
