Jammu, Mar 20: A delegation of people of Tatapani area of Kalakote Tehsil today called on Abdul Rehman Takroo, State Secretary, Communist Party of India (CPI) and apprised him of the burning problems confronting the people of the area. According to press release, after listening to the woes of the peoples, Abdul Rehman Takroo voiced his deep concern over the bad conditions of roads from Siot Chowk to Kalakote, from Peer Baba, Khargala to Tatapani. He demanded immediate repair and broadening of these roads of Kalakote area. Takroo also demanded setting up of Primary Health Centre (PHC), Over Head Water Tank, Completion of incomplete building in Dak Banglow, Kalakote and Spacious Bathroom facilities at Mosque at Tatapani area to cater to the urgent need of the people. Further Takroo has also urged State Tourism Department to bring Tatapani on Tourist' Map by converting Tatapani into a lake. Takroo has appealed to Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah to take proper cognizance of the problems of the people of this hilly areas. |
