| Bhim assures amendment to Art 370 if voted to power | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Mar 20: JKNPP's supremo and candidate of Udhampur Loksabha seat Bhim Singh has ensured the amendment of Article 370, reorganization of Jammu and Kashmir and to raise the local issues of Jammu and Kashmir if he gets an opportunity to represent in upcoming Union Parliament, from Udhampur Loksabha seat, when he was addressing press conference at Kathua here today. He also held the Congress High command responsible for standing union Health Minister Gulam Nabi Azaad as scapegoat by giving him a candidature from Udhampur constituency for upcoming parliamentary elections by sidelining of existing MP Ch. Lal Singh after seeing the wining wave of election in favour of JKNPP. The Congress High Command has made so many efforts to bring back Karan Singh in Udhampur Loksabha constituency to contest the election, but as per his wisdom, he refused to contest because of facts of public mandate in favour of JKNPP. Professor Bhim Singh also claimed that no PM of congress will be come up in next union government because of fractured mandate to the congress. In his press conference, Bhim Singh said that, the people of Udhampur Parliament constituency are mentally prepared to caste their mandate in favour of JKNPP in order to represent their genuine and justified issues in the Parliament of the country. Further, he declared that he will take up 60 years old case for the people of Jammu Pradesh in the Apex Temple of justice, to ensure that every person in J&K will get his due. He further said that state Jammu and Kashmir is put under a detrimental condition due to the Article 370 and all developmental activities are hanged on, so it is very neeed to bring some amendments in the 370. He said that that he will ensure that all fundamental rights in Indian Constitution will extend to J&K. Prof Bhim assured the youth of total justice irrespective of caste, religion or region. Balwant Singh Mankotia, MLA and president JKNPP appealed the voters to vote for Prof Bhim Singh, whom he termed, is the best candidate for Parliament. Others who addressed the different rallies are Anita Thakur, H C Jalmeria Advocate, Ravinder Biloria, Pawan Dev Singh and Sarpanch Jagdev Singh. |
