DodA, May 9: Police arrested a militant of Hijbul Mujahidin outfit, during naka checking here today. As per reports,one Majid Hussain Mughal S/o Ghulam Hussain Mughal R/O Kilothran Gandoh (30)s, who was absconding since 2002 and against whom warrant U/S 512 Cr.PC was issued had been arrested by the Police Party of P/S Gandoh from Kilothran Gandoh during routine naka checking.
The absconder had joined HM Militant organization and since then he was absconding and probably he had crossed LOC for getting arms training, a senior police officer said. Later, he was produced before competent Court, and accordingly he was sent to Judicial Custody, in case FIR No 139/2009 U/S 3 EAO, 3/12 PPA, 2/3 EMA registered at P/S Gandoh. The further investigation was in progress, sources revealed. |
