HC stays attachment of Mahendru 5/31/2014 11:56:42 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, May 31 (JNF): High Court has stayed the attachment of Additional Provident Fund Commissioner (APFC) Kamal Mahendru. Justice Tashi Rabstan after hearing Advocate Abhinav Sharma appearing for the petitioner issued notice to Chief Secretary alongwith Ajay Sadhotra Chairman Board of Trustees Employees Provident fund, Commissioner/Secretary Labour and employment Provident Fund Deptt and Nirmal Sharma Provident Fund Commissioner returnable within four weeks. Meanwhile subject to objections from other side and till next date of hearing, Court ordered that impugned Govt Order No 42-L&Eof 2014 dated May 26, 2014 whereby petitioner has been attached with the office of Provident Fund Commissioner shall remain stayed.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
