JAMMU, Jan 15:Vidhan and Pranjal won boys and girls' under-10 category singles titles in the ongoing 41st State Badminton Championship, organised by J&K Badminton Association at Police Indoor Hall, here today.
In the boys' final, Vidhan defeated Piyushi in easy straight sets of 21-04, 21-04. To win the girls' final, Pranjal outplayed Unnati 21-16, 21-10.
Meanwhile, in men's singles event, Vipul Saini, Mir Zafar, Ankit, Munish, Adarsh among advance into the next round of the competition. In the meantime, competition was at the preliminary stages in other age groups of both boys and girls categories.
