Govt adopts callous attitude against unemployed youth: Bhandari 1/15/2015 11:12:03 PM Early Times Report kishtwar, Jan 15: "Fate of Rattle H.E. Project has been lingering for unjust reason due to callous attitude of State Govt. Machinery and District Administration where the fate of thousands of unemployed youths of Distt. Kishtwar in particular is at stake", Sr. Congress Leader, Shamsher Singh Bhandari alleged. The project authorities of GVK Raffle 850 MW Hydro Electric Project have made it clear through premier Daily News publication of the State where it has been given to understand that the authorities concerned have depicted their helplessness to execute the project works and have further put in various conditions before the Govt. which could not be meted out and the work on the project could not be carried forwarded in such circumstances and the authorities have further taken up the security mailer with State Govt. and Distt. Administration time and again. He lambasted the role of State Govt. and the District Administration to remain mute spectator over the crucial issue where, thousands of unemployed youths have become victim of delayed tactics being adopted in the execution of the project. He further told that many unemployed youths have been able to get established their business units near the project site by obtaining loans from the banks but due to stalemate over the execution of the project, they are trapped in odd situations and are not able to meet the premiums/installments against the loan amount. He appealed State Govt. and District Administration Kishtwar to end the stalemate of project and have demanded to provide working atmosphere to the executing agencies who have been clamoring hard since long otherwise and these authorities have decided to wind up the execution work at the back of thousands of unemployed youth.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
