The two nodal agencies SSRB and PSC must be made to effect all recruitments but before that those people who have rendered their services must be given their dues. Casual labourers, need based workers, contractual and ad hoc employees, ITI trained and CP workers of various departments including PWD, PHE, PDD, PMGSY and all Corporations whose career is at stake must be regularised immediately. He further said that in order to run various PHE schemes which were formulated without any provision of requisite staff must also be supported besides Minimum Wages Act implemented, daily wages enhanced, DA instalment released and GP fund drawl cases settled in treasuries to ensure maximum efficiency of employees. |
