Udhampur, Feb 6: As per a circular issued by district administration Udhampur, District Development Commissioner, Yasha Mudgal, has directed all the departments to establish their departmental stalls in the annual Maha Shivratri mela to be organized at Khooneshwar Aap Shambhu temple, Khoon, Majalta.
Being organized by Destitute And Handicapped Welfare Association (DAHWA)'s mela committee in collaboration with district administeratio, the mela is aimed at to raise awareness about government schemes among the rural masses besides promoting state's cultural heritage through cultural programs. |
