JAMMU, Aug 6: Sub Divisional Police Officer (SDPO), West. DySP Nikhil R on Saturday conducted drug awareness programme at St. Peter’s High School BC Road, here. Students from classes IX and X participated in the programme.
Nikhil made the children aware of the ill–effects of drugs and said that students should make a promise to spread the same message to the society.
The great experiences for the students were the interaction with those persons who were under de-addiction programme. Their testimony to leave drug made a strong impact in them.
The Principal Rev. Fr. Thomas also addressed the students and thanked Jammu and Kashmir Police for taking this initiative for the welfare of the society.
