YCET organizes guest lecture on Machine Learning

Jammu, Feb 14: Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology (YCET) organized a guest lecture on "Machine Learning and its application in system adaptation" for Computer, IT and Electrical Engineering students, here today.
The lecture was delivered by Dr. Baij Nath Kaushik, Head, Computer Science and Engineering, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Jammu. Dr Sandeep Malik (Dean), Er BR Verma (Chief Coordinator), Er Dinesh Gupta (HOD, Computer and IT engineering), Er Loveneesh Talwar (HOD, Electrical engineering) and other faculty members were also present there to motivate the students.
Dr. Baij Nath Kaushik briefed the students about machine learning. His main perspective was to make students understand about the system's ability to automatically learn and improve from experience without being explicitly programmed. At the end of the session, Dean, Chief coordinator, HOD and COD Computer and I.T. engineering presented memento of appreciation to Dr. Kaushik. Finally it concluded with a formal vote of thanks by Khushboo Singh, training and placement officer, YCET.
