Several villages near LoC deprived of basic facilities

Poonch, Feb 17: Several villages falling near the Line of Control have been deprived of basic facilities for a quite long time sources said here today.
The villages falling near LOC including Nar Balnoi, Sagra, Dabraj, Balnoi Kishti and other hemlets are said to facing multiple problems in the absence of basic facilities said sources, adding despite bringing our problems into the notice of concerned authorities but nothing concrete has been done they added.
While talking to some locals Early Times learnt that the schools mostly remain closed on one pretext or the other in these areas sue to pathetic approach of concerned authorities who failed to pay any visit to these remote villages.
They said all these villages falling near the Line of Control including Nar Balnoi, have no basic amenities like water supply, Electricity and other facilities. They said instead of electric poles service lines were laid through the branches of tress which was very danegerous adding being far off areas authorities fail to come over here to take this stock of situation. They said during border skirmishes , these villages become targets of cross border fire and shelling in which locals receive severe injuries have no medical facility. Having a lone Health centre in Dabraj has no equipment ambulance or other facility besides, poor road connectivity they further added.
