ReT deputation meets Education Minister, seeks streamlined salary 3/14/2018 11:02:54 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 14: A deputation of J&K ReT Teachers' Forum led by state president Vinod Sharma and State Chief Coordinator Sukhdev Singh Sumbria today on 14th of March 2018, called on Education Minister , in his office Chamber at Civil Secretariat Jammu . While interacting with Finance Minister cum education minister Vinod Sharma projected the issue of streamlining of SSA Salary which is pending for last 3months and even arrears of regularised ReTs are also pending due to which SSA teachers are living in miserable conditions as they are unable to provide basic amenities to their family members. He suggested absorbtion SSA posts under state plan to find the permanent solution of this chronic problem. He also projected the issue of Transfer Policy for regularised ReTs who have been serving in the far flung schools for last more than 15 years and even Honb'le High Court had also given verdict to transfer the regularised ReTs. The deputation appealed him to resolve these both issues for the welfare of Cadre as he is also holding the finance ministry. The Minister after listening to the deputation quite patiently assured to resolve both the genuine issues of SSA Salary and Transfer Policy of ReT Cadre at the earliest and come up to the expectations of thousands of ReTs of the state.
