Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 14: On one hand PhD holders are applying for class-IV in public sector but some blue eyed having political influence are reportedly engaged by RMSA as coordinator without fulfilling any recruitment plrequirement, gave them handsome salary.
Wishing anonymity, an aspirant informed Early Times that the RMSA's hired partner (IL&FS Skills) had advertised two posts of coordinator in Healthcare and IT-ITES sector for Jammu division in November 2017. As per advertisement the RMSA partner has fixed eligibility criteria for the posts are MBA with five year experience in relevant field. The aspirant said that he had sent his Curriculum Vitae (CV) to IL&FS Skills and he is sure that he is eligible for these posts but at the end of RMSA's partner no communiqué received them for written test or interview.
Gravity of the situation could be gauged from the fact that the partner invited candidates for these posts without proper channels, asked Vocational Trainer and Coordinator candidates to send Curriculum Vitae (CV) to particular official e-mail of RMSA partner. It is very shocking, the RMSA partner as per their own choice through Whatsapp message they invite shortlisted candidates for written test and without declaring of result the partners again their own choice called candidates for interview. However, the Vocational Trainer and Coordinator are working in various government schools, all of them are under RMSA.
"But in case of Coordinator posts the RMSA partner had publish advertisement of these posts is merely eyewash as the officials of IL&FS Skills recommended the names of two candidates who were working with company different programme engaged as coordinator without conducting of written test and interview", another aspirant said, adding that however as per advertisement it was mentioned that the selection of candidates was based on written test and interview but nothing has done for the selection of these posts.
Sources further said that as per National Skill Development Council (NSDC) guidelines has prescribed interview panel comprising of an official from RMSA, an expert of particular trade and an official of School Education department, but surprising the partners thrown NSDC guidelines into bin. But the officials of RMSA as well as their partners are engaged in blame game and in both refuse to take responsibility about the hiring of ineligible candidates.
