JAMMU, Mar 24: Child Care Society (CCS) organized a free health checkup camp in association with Medanta (The Medicity), on the eve of martyrs day of Bhagat Singh, Raj Guru and Sukhdev here today at Bakshi Nagar.
Dr Arvind Sharma (Sr Medical Officer Internal Medicine, Medanta), Dr Monika Kudyar (Pain Management Consultant, Medanta) and Sudhanshu Sharma, the Marketing Manager of Medanta were available for consultations during the camp. In this camp free facilities like BP, ECG, PFT, Blood Sugar, Free medicine, Free lab tests were provided to the patients. More than 200 patients come to this free medical checkup camp and took the free consultancy and free facilities provided in the camp.
Speaking on the occasion, Chairman of CCS, Karandeep Singh Lucky said that the martyrs of the nation sacrificed their life for the nation's independence but now a days the youth of the country are indulging in bad activities. He appealed the youth to follow the path of martyrs for nation building. |
