A police man doing his duty beyond his limit and clear the Dhar road from Stray cattle to avoid Traffic Jamming on Dhar road reflects failure of concerned authorities. Ashwani Khajuria senior Congress leader while Talking to Early times said that he stray cattle loitering in the city make life of people difficult.
