| Udhampur Campus organizes placement drive | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 24: Taking yet another step towards the growth and development of the students Udhampur Campus, University of Jammu organised Mega placement drive to provide job opportunities to the students of Udhampur Campus in particular and other institutes and colleges of region in general at its campus.
Prof. Hardeep Chahal, Rector, Udhampur Campus, congratulated the faculty members of Udhampur Campus for taking this initiative and carrying out such an event for the first time in the campus.
Dr. Neetu Kumari, incharge, Department of Commerce, Udhampur Campus welcomed all the guests and students to the one day mega placement event organised by the campus.
She stressed upon the need of creating more and more job opportunities in the state especially for the students who hail from far flung areas so as to cater the needs of unemployed youth in the state.
The drive was conducted by Meenakshi Tickoo, MD, AES Digital World and Chander Pandita, Marketing Manager AES Digital World gave a detailed information about the organi-sation and the placements carried out by them in various parts of the state.
Pre-counselling placement session was also conducted for the students to give them exposure including brief introduction about AES Digital World. |
