Headmaster booked for alleged molestation 3/30/2018 10:32:03 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Mar 30: A written complainant has been lodged against the Headmaster of Govt. High School Blota upperla by the family of a student of the same school at Police Station Basantgarh. FIR No. 6/18 under section 354 has been lodged against Isher Dass Headmaster for alleged sexual harassment of the student of class X.
