| Kidnapped girl recovered, accused nabbed | | | Early Times Report
Rajouri, Apr 11: Recovering kidnapped minor girl and nabbing the accused, Rajouri police has solved another kidnapping case of Police Station Nowshera after solving a kidnapping case two days back.
Police succeded in recovering the kidnapped girl and arrested the accused while investigation of a case FIR No. 49/2018 U/S 366/ RPC of Police Station Nowshera which was registered on the complaint of a legal heirs of girl. After registration of FIR, police team headed by Incharge PP Bhawani, SI Ashish Choudhary alongwith ASI Mohd Isahaq under the supervision of SDPO Nowshera Khaliq Choudhary and ASP Nowshera Master Popsy was working on this case and questioning from some suspects was going on. Subsequently police developed some vital inputs and a team under the supervision of SHO Nowshera Insp. Karan raided on a suspected location in Nowshera and achieved success in recovering the kidnapped girl, who is a resident of Bhawani area.
Besides, police also managed to arrest the accused person wanted in the above said case who has been identified as Anil Kumar son of Sat Paul resident of Langer Nowshera. Police, after the completion of legal formalities, handed over the girl to her legal heirs whereas the accused is under custody and under questioning.
A similar case of kidnaping of a girl was solved by police under PP Lam two days back and kidnapped girl was recovered by police besides arrest of accused. |
