Jammu, Apr 28: The DCC Urban Jammu held a meeting of workers Subash Nagar and Rajpura Magotrian on Saturday. These meetings were organized by Manmohan Sharma, Block President and presided over by B.B. Gupta Vice President DCC, Dr. R.K. Khajuria- General Secretary conducted the programme. The participants expressed serious concern over the non-availability of ration commodities in the ration depots, distribution of ration cards, also declaration of BPL status to the deserving families, poor water supplies, sanitation of the city, poor health facilities also inflation and other related issues of the area were highlighted in the meeting. Meeting termed the state Govt. as a total failure, as it has miserably failed to provide the basic amenities of life and to divert the attention of the people from its failures, the both alliance partners (PDP-BJP) create such issues which divide people on region and religion line. The meeting also stressed the need of maintaining communal harmony and traditional brotherhood at all costs.
