Jammu, May 22: District Karate Championship was held at indoor Multipurpose Hall, MA Stadium Jammu in a very passionating way in which Abhijeet Singh Chib clinched gold in (18+) -75kg Senior category. Earlier it was inaugurated on 19th May by Sat Paul Sharma (Honourable Minister For Housing and Urban Development). All the senior members of the association and renowned coaches of karate including Manoj Mehra, Brijesh Bahu and Naresh Chander were present during the closing ceremony. Ambedkar Gupta(Gen Secretary AKAJK)and (Joint secretary KAI) was the chief Guest and Vishal Sharma (Advocate), President Jammu District Karate Association was the Guest of Honour during the Closing Ceremony and they presented medals to the winners where as Umesh Rekhi, Organizing Secretary Jammu district karate championship presented the Vote of Thanks. |
