Jammu, June 13: A free yog shiver is being organised by Duggar Heritage Society in collaboration with Bhartiya Yog Sansthan & Department of Yog Sciences Central University Jammu at International Yoga Centre (Yog University) at Aprana Ashram Mantalai on Sunday 17-06-2018 (8 AM onwards) in lieu of International Yoga day.
In the camp, importance of Yog for healthy and disease free leaving upto 100 years and various asanas will be learnt by the participants. In addition a free medical camp is also being organised in the same Premesis by Heart Super Specialist Dr Ujjaval Chandra Mehrotra, Dr K C Sharma Surgeon Specialist, Dr Mamta Mehrotra Gynaecologist & Eye Specialist along with free medicines for the benefit of surrounding rural people.
