PYC kick start Bharat Bachao Andolan from Doda

DODA, June 21: In connection with "Bharat Bachao Andolan", campaign Pradesh youth Congress (PYC) organized a convention at Doda to formally launch a campaign to expose misdeeds of BJP and its allied groups.
Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) general secretary and former Minister, Abdul Majid Wani presided over the convention in which Shishpal Singh Keharwala I/C JKPYC and PYC chief Pranav Shagotra were main speakers.
Speaking on the occasion, Shagotra and Singh told party workers that this campaign has been launched to expose failures of Narindra Modi led NDA which has betrayed people of the country.
Youth Congress leaders said that during the last four NDA regime has done nothing to solve day today problems of the people. They said that all promised made by the BJP with the people remained only on papers and BJP leadership has shamelessly indulged into befooling the people by one or other tricks.
Speaking on the occasion, Abdul Majid Wani highlighted local problems and said that the previous PDP-BJP government had also be fooled people by making false promises. He said that tenure of PDP-BJP government from March 1, 2015 to June 20, 2018 would be remembered as darkest period in the political history of J&K.
He highlighted issues like blockage of payments in MGNREGA and teachers engaged under SSA. He further pointed out that promise to regularize adhoc, consolidated and daily rated workers of all government departments remained only on papers. He also demanded fulfillment of genuine demand of Patwaries, Anangwari workers, restoration of electrification of far flung areas of Doda region.
Those who were present on the occasion are PYC Gen. Secretary Rashid Malik, LYC president Pankaj Sharma, Spokesperson Vijay Hiteshi, AYC President Waseem Raja, Asif Gattoo, Parvesh Sharma, Kulbir Pathania, Vipul Sharma, Firdous Mingnoo, Javed Lone, Sanjeev Manhas.
