JKMEF Team completes district wise tours

Jammu, June 23: Central Body Team of Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation, Jammu Province had completed District wise tours under the leadership of Sushil Sudan, President Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation along with Vinod Kumar Sharma, Secretary General and Madan lal Sharma Secretary Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation Jammu Province. The District tours were conducted on the invitation of District Bodies to highlight and discuss the legitimate Demands of health employees.
Sudan listened to the demands of Health Employees and assured them of getting justice from the Higher Authorities and extends his full support to any struggle raised by any affiliated Association / Sister organization. Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation and all the senior leaders are committed to serve for the welfare of Health Employees as Employees of Family Welfare Department.
During tour program the major issues raised by Health Employees of Different categories were Delinking the CSS salary from the funding sources (Corpus-delinking) and urged the Government to resolve the issue of Salaries of 2211 Head Permanently, The DPC should be cleared at par with Govt. Medical College/Drug & Food Control Organization on the pattern of Executive Order passed by the Administrative Department till the SRO-20 (Recruitment Rules) is modified.

Further all the promotions should be made strictly in accordance to the seniority, Amendment of SRO 20 dated 24-02-1992 which is pending since more than 15 years be implemented without further delay etc.
