| Panun Kashmir slams Prof Soz for anti-national remarks | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 23: Pannun Kashmir has slammed Prof Saif-ud-din Soz, former Union Minister and senior Congress leader for misleading the country by endorsing the so called views of General Parvez Musharaf that the first choice of Kashmir is independence.
In a meeting held here today, the convenor of Panun Kashmir led by its president made it clear that Prof Soz has made the statement just for the sake of having cheap publicity to sell his book and is only a cheap gimmick for its sale. The book is still to be launched.
Prof Soz is known for double speak.
He says something when in power and different when out of power. It is the habit of such Congressmen for making anti-India remarks and if it suits them they own it otherwise they make a distance from it.
Panun Kashmir wants to remind the readers that by making such statements Soz is just glorifying separatist and is providing oxygen to them. Prof Soz is the same person who said on the killing of terrorist Burhan Wani that had it been up to him, he would have allowed Burhan Wani to live and not got killed, rather could have been used for talks/dialogue.
Vijay Bhat President Panun Kashmir termed the statement of Prof Soz as unfortunate and tragic. It is sorry state of affairs on the part of Congress to issue such disastrous, deliberate and mischievous statements which show how desperate the Congress is for power. |
