Kishtwar, June 28: A meeting of unemployed youths of district Kishtwar was held today wherein the youths elected office bearers of the association.
In the meeting Joginder Bhandari was elected as Chairman / Spokesman, Vice Chairman/ Stage secretary Ghulam Hussain Gainie, President Rinku Sen, Deputy President Jaffar Butt, Vice Presidents Shanker Saroop Wazir, Tariq Patri, Hafiz Mattoo, General Secretary Anil Sharma, Secretary Ranjeet Sharma, Joint Secretary Farooq Loan, Chief Advisor Ajay Sharma, Advisors Sanjay Bhagat ,Rajinder Singh Shan and Asgar Ali Gannie, Chief organioser Mohd Ashraf Gannie, Organioser Akhter Sheikh, Muzaffar Hussain Sheikh, Chief Executive member Dilbag Singh, Cash committee members Surjeet Singh Badyal, Mohinder Pal Shan, Rinku Sen, Hafiz Mattoo, Anil Sharma, Dilbag singh, Shanker Saroop Wazir and Sardar Satpal Singh ,Media Secretary Satpal Singh.
In the meeting the participants decided to hold talks with the management of AFCONS company shortly.
The newely elected members have demanded immediate removal of DC, SSP and SHO Kishtwar as they have spreaded a regim of terror among the job seekers and are acting as agents of AFCONS company. The matter stands already submitted to the Governor of J&K for their removal. The newely elected office bearers demanded employment to local youths of District Kishtwar in AFCONS company and those whose lands and structures have come under the alignment of this project should be engaged in CVPP on permanent bases as envasiged under RR plan which speaks that 3rd and 4th class employment of effected land owners of Pakal dul, Keru and Kawar hydroelectric projects will be absorbed in CVPP as per the RR plan.
They have urged upon the unemployed youths of District Kishtwar to remain united and shake hands with unemployment youths of District Kishtwar in order to give due representation to local youths of the district. |
