Jammu, July 7: To promote the traditional culture of J&K and to celebrate the Van Mahasotav 2018, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan in coordination with with Sangam Tru Art Production & National College of Computer Education, presented its 216th Saturday series Dogri musical play "Har Behere Ek Butta Lao" at Durga Bhawan Park, Janipur Jammu to draw the attention of the masses to protect nature and the planet Earth.
The theme of this day was "Each One Plant One" which speaks of preserving the natural resources at grass root level across the globe. The Program was inaugurated by Chief Guest M.L.Dogra, former Regional Director of Song & Drama Division, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. V K Magotra, former Regional Director of Directorate of field & Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting ,Government of India J K Raina, Producer, Director Films, Dr. Tara Singh Charak, Former Deputy Director, Health Department J&K Government of India were the guest of honors and Mohan Lal Verma, Ajit Kumar, Uttam Chand, K.K. Joshi, prominent persons were present on the occasion.
The day observed as to protect the polluted environment as well as with sole aim of rejuvenating the traditional, Primitive Folk, Art, Culture of J&K Region in particular and Indian nation in general awareness items.
Specially items prepared on the theme like " Har behere ek butta lao har manu di jaan bachao " "Per lagao Desh Bachao ", " Hariyali laye prithvi bachaen Hara bhra ho sansaar humara "Jal Hi Jeevan Jeevan Hi Jal Hai", " sundar sundar pyara pyara sab ka jeevan hai pyara ", " jivan ho shakti se bharpoor " , skits , slogans songs and dances were presented to aware the masses & the music was composed by renowned singer Raju Bajgal. |
