Lal Singh reiterates CBI probe in Rassana case
7/11/2018 10:20:23 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 11: Former Minister and and MLA Basholi Choudhary Lal Singh today said that those who want to know our future programme should understand that it will be CBI probe in the Rassana case which will decide what future programme of Dogras will be and where Dogras will go from here.
Choudhary Lal Singh said "I am not going to rest like others have given up. I will continue to fight because I can see that people who matter have begun realizing the need to order a CBI probe in the Rasana case. Sooner or later, they will have to order CBI probe in the Rassana case. Stay united and don't let anyone divert our cause. We are not seeking anything else but CBI probe in the Rassana case. And those who want to know our future programme should understand that it will be CBI probe in the Rassana case which will decide what our future programme will be."
He cautioned "History does not forgive those who stay silent, create confusion among people, try to divide people and above all, do not stand with those who are ready to sacrifice everything for a just cause. Entire Jammu region is seeking CBI probe in the Rassana case. Young and old, literate and illiterate, male or female, students and scholars; all are seeking CBI probe in the Rassana case. It is only those who have no connection with Dogras and Duggar land who are not with us."
"They have no courage to fight a battle for long and hence, they are not with us. But Choudhary Lal Singh won't rest till the time, government of Jammu and Kashmir does not recommend CBI probe in Rassana case and then, till the time Justice is not delivered in the case," said Choudhary Lal Singh in a statement issued here today.
He said "It is easy to form governments but it is very difficult to win hearts and minds of the people. The focus of every political leader should be on winning hearts and minds of the people, which unfortunately has not been the case with leaders of Jammu region. Had it been so, they would not have left the people of Jammu region all alone. They would have jumped in and resisted all attempts to defame and damage Jammu region. They would have not have stayed out of this revolution."
Choudhary Lal Singh said "It is the duty of every Dogra to let the whole world know what the reality is and rebut the propaganda of the selected few who called us rapists and rape apologists. Let the whole world know, what the reality is and why are we seeking a CBI probe? Let the whole world know how lies are being spread all over the country about the agitation for CBI probe. Let us stand united for the sake of that 8 year old Goddess who has brought us together. Nirbhaya has got justice. Now, it is the turn of our own Nirbhaya who will not get justice until the day CBI probe is not ordered."
