UDHAMPUR, July 16: A woman was killed while six others got injured as a car in which they were travelling collided with an Army truck at Mand near here on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
As per the reports, one Swift Dezire car bearing registration number JKO2BQ 0267 on its way to Udhampur from Jammu collided with an army vehicle at Mand on National Highway.
Due to the collision, one woman was killed while six persons got injured. The identity of the woman killed in the accident has been established as Meenani, 25, wife of Sunil Gupta of Paloura, Jammu.
The injured were identified as Sunil Gupta, 26, son of Dev Raj Gupta of Paloura, Jammu, Sudesh Kumari, 50, wife of Dev Raj, Tanisha Gupta, 21, daughter of Dev Raj, Sakshi Gupta, 29, wife of Deepak Gupta, Harshni Gupta, 9 months, daughter of Deepak Gupta and Takshvi Gupta, 6 months, daughter of Sunil Gupta. Police shifted all the injured to PHC Tikri from where one injured was referred to GMC&H Jammu. |
