Jammu, Aug 2: Inter School District Level Tournament for Boys U/19 yrs in the sports discipline of Badminton, Yoga, Thang-tha, Wushu, Squay Martial Art, Judo Gymnastic Fencing and Weight lifting for the year 2018-19 of District Jammu concludes today here at Indoor Complex M.A stadium Jammu. In all 150 Boys were drawn across from 14 Zones of Jammu District were took part in the competitions.
The competitions were being organized by Department of Youth Services & Sports under the patronage of Shiekh Fayaz Ahmad , KAS, Director General, Youth Services & Sports and under the overall supervision of Madan Lal, Joint Director Youth Services & Sports Jammu.
While Chanchal Kour, DYSSO Jammu was the organising Secretary of the said tournament. The main objective of the competitions is to select the teams of Jammu District for the next level of competitions i.e Inter District, Division Level Competitions.
